David is passionate about transformational changes that make a real difference: behavior changes in individuals, social changes in communities, and processes of change and capacity development in organizations. His role as Executive Director of One Court Basketball combines all three, and draws on his 10 years of experience with national federations, professional sports clubs, community development, youth development, sport for peace, and organizational development.

David brings with him a wealth of partnership building, leadership and fundraising skills. Before founding One Court Basketball, David led development efforts as Executive Director for the Guam Basketball Confederation where he worked to implement long-term FIBA strategy while supporting the needs of the board of directors and stakeholders.

Prior to his time in Guam, David also spent time working with professional clubs in Asia, as well as with multiple NBA and NCAA teams. David graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelors degree in Sports Management.
